  • such a shame that the ground guys didn't clean up the audio (extreme echo) after the live stream was over... (or better yet: during) Would have been such a tiny effort. Now it actually comes off a bit clumsy/amateuristic, which is totally the opposite of what should be expected from the people who realized such wonders of human ingenuity... Good luck on the mission and Godspeed to all people up there!

  • This message is for Elon Musk. I see you’re trying to change the world. Please get in contact with Dr. John Searl. Get him on your team and I guarantee you will make things happen 100x faster. Just do it man, let’s get the ball rolling already. I want to see big changes in my lifetime. John Searl has his Lab here in Southern California. Research him if you want, he’s for real. I know you both can make things happen.

  • DEAR #yusaku maezawa @yusaku maezawa #elonmusk @elonmusk PLEASE EMPLOY ME OR TAKE ME ON ANY SPACE MISSION. I'VE DREAMED SINCE I WAS A CHILD TO GO TO SPACE. EVERYTHING FROM THE HISTORY, THE ENGINEERING, THE ROCKETS, SPACE CRAFTS, THE SUITES, THE LAUNCH PADS, THE BUILDINGS, THE TECHNOLOGY, THE TRAINING, FEELING ZERO G, JUST ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUT SPACE AMAZES ME. I spend every night watching hours of videos on you tube on all the above I just stated. It fascinates me and is just the most amazing thing imaginable. IVE signed up for every space competition imaginable, I donated to St.Judes to try and win, Ive prayed to be able to fly to and spend time on the ISS. About me: I come from a very poor background and I've had many obstacles to overcome in my life but I have not let it overcome me I let it make me! I love everyone and anyone who knows me would tell you that I would give you the shirt off my back and I would do anything to make you smile no matter what! I believe anything is achievable if you put your mind to it and people like you both prove that everyday and continue to push the envelope and show us all that anything is possible. I don't even know if y'all will ever even read my comments I have posted on many of your social media but if for some chance you do please at least give me a shot at doing something as incredible as y'all both have. I try to to make the world a more beautiful place every day and try and make people love each other as much as possible. Alone we are small but together we are larger than life and we can achieve anything. My wife and my children support my love with space and know that it is my dream to fly aboard a space shuttle and to one day arrive and spend time on the ISS or some other space facility in the future. Just like everyone else I work hard everyday dreaming of the American dream of being successful and Rich so I too could fulfill my space curiosity and bless those who are less fortunate because I know personally what it is like to dream your entire life and hoping every day for your dreams to come true. I'll continue to push myself and work hard and at least enjoy my space FIworld videos and tell you both I think you're both amazing awesome people and doing amazing things that must be done to push us further then we ever have been before. I would love to work for one of you and to be able to have full access and explore the facilities and Technologies you have both created what a dream that would be!!

    Brandon GuarinBrandon Guarin4 kuukautta sitten
    • @Brandon Guarin There is. Look at some pictures of bright objects taken at night. They don't feature any stars either. Since stars are so dim, you have to manually change the settings on the camera so you can take pictures of stars. But as it turns out, these same camera settings will not work for well-illuminated objects.

Video cutting off from the ISS minutes before their first manned docking. Are they always docking at night time isnt there footage from one docking during daylight? Shouldnt earth be visible below iss when docking with PMA-2 from at least one of the camera angles or is it not visible cause they always dock during the night time window when docking with PMA2 evry single time?

  • Interesting comparison between 3 control centers (CC). I look at workplaces. In small and packed area of JAXA's CC (10:41:55), in accordance with Kaizen every workplace is also serve as bookshelves for storage of hard-copied manuals and procedures to save space. In NASA's CC workplaces with large empty covered areas, big gaps between desks, nobody is saving space, and if you need a paper storage you just add another desk or bureau with drawers. In SpaceX's CC workstations are simple desks in opened clear area without any kind of storage paperwork, they switched completely to digital work. 🙂

  • Mankind stands on the doorstep of destiny. Do we choose to be bound to this Earth, or do we take that dangerous and challenging step FORWARD? We are a species of explorers, wanderers, and adventures. There is no hill or horizon that man has not sought to cross...well? What are we waiting for!? No venture is without risk or cost...history is the print of proof. Our next step is the Red Planet. Beyond that? Well, I know I will not live to be certain. But I can attest that inventions of mankind have proven we are not bound to Sol...Voyager 1 proves, alone, that we can cross that infinite divide...that we can step forward into a wider universe. But it all begins with a dead red rock around a quiet solitary star. And that rock is named Mars.

Think about it: if you have to land rockets on a moving platform, maybe it will be simpler if you put magnets on the landing legs and pad. But i don't know.. is this even possible? Let me know... in case it was possible i want a free trip to Mars on the BFR... just kidding.

    SCIEKIMIKESCIEKIMIKE5 kuukautta sitten
    • That's....not how magnets work.. u can't get a natural magnet that big....if u tried to induce current to create a magnet it would need a huge load of energy..... After falling from the sky at high speeds even if magnets are used or not .it won't make a difference
