    • In the midst of this fraudulent pandemic, there has been a renewed call to look to the Constitution for answers. This is a smoke and mirrors solution that does not address the real problem. Constitutional rights do not exist, and if they did, those so-called rights would be worthless. Rights cannot be written into law or claimed due to a political document because they would have no merit. The rights of man are natural, and all rights stem from the single factor of life itself, for if man has a right to life, all other natural rights are inherent as well. A right to life means that one has a right to defend his life. It means that one has a right to support and sustain his life. This means he has a right to property, the highest form of property being self. It means he has a right to move about freely, to work, to protect others, to speak and congregate in order to protect and defend life. All individual and natural rights are inherent due to humanity, not to any other men or documents drafted by men.

  • I come back to this clip after the election. Of course, I was hoping Bill was wrong but he was right, again. So, what are people's bets that the Trump acolytes start putting the pressure on the Republican-owned State legislators to find some way to push the election to Trump? Remember, the legislatures of Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania are all Republican-dominated. I'm not sure about Nevada. The fear of having Trump say "I want this person out and replaced" is real at the national level, so why not at the state level? It's quite clear that Republicans don't care about democracy or how badly it's being damaged. When it comes to Trumpism, they are cowards, and always, always bend to its will.

  • Education, education, education. There is a reason it's not accessible in this country even though everyone knows it's good for the future of country and its economy. But hey, we can import the educated to get the jobs done but we can't have the poor getting educated and not worry about the min wage job the bad immigrant steals from them or God forbid having the ability to see 2 moves ahead. The capitalism not evolving like everything else means that at this point we need a 50/50 divided country blaming each other to maintain status quo and the moment even that doesn't work (we are almost there) then you just get rid of democracy; it's not like the ones benefiting from this rigged economy are going to give an inch...

These pedantic children still can't get over the last election's results, have thrown a tantrum at all opportunities, and have doubled down on the cultural nonsense that makes them unpopular and insufferable. But be sure to whinge for another 4 years that you lost because "Trump cheated" and not that intersectionality is horribly counterproductive.

  • Take away the ideological bias. As much as a lot of people have said Trump has being good for the economy with interest rates, the stock market and overall household income rising by over 6% since his tax laws passed (still debatable), the mere fact that he has used rhetoric to set the country on a path of unrest by implying he might not step down should worry every American. Whoopi Goldberg hasn’t used his name in four years. Actors and actresses, and other public figures are berated and “disgraced” if they voice their support of Trump. • Look forward to voting for President Trump this Tuesday! :) In August, on a FIworld video, I found the following comment from a registered Democrat who wrote: I am a registered Democrat, and I found this interesting. This is an open letter to all Democrats from a Democrat. I did not write this, but it needs to be shared... I just have a few questions for you. Let me start with, I already know you don't like President Trump, that's a given, SO let's move on from that. How about the division of America, do you really blame Trump for that? How about when NONE of the DEMOCRATS showed up for his inauguration? Don't you think that started the division? He hadn't even been president yet, and EXCEPT for Clinton and Obama, not one democrat showed up. Is that when Trump divided America? Can you imagine if the REPUBLICANS didn't show up for Obama's inauguration because they lost??? Can you even start to imagine what would have happened? How about when 19 minutes after Trump was inaugurated, the Washington Post declared the IMPEACHMENT CAMPAIGN has STARTED? Was that when Trump divided America? How about when Nancy Pelosi ripped up Trump's state of the union right in front of the world, showing complete disrespect for the President of the United States? Did that bring the country together and is THAT when Trump divided America? How about when America had to endure 3 years and over 30 million dollars spent trying to PROVE that Trump only won because of RUSSIAN COLLUSION and NOT because America voted him in and 17 democrats did EVERYTHING in their power to PROVE that there was Russian Collusion yet came up with ZERO!!! Was THAT when Trump divided America? I can't even start to go over the NEGATIVE PRESS he's received since his surprise win. Remember, the DONORS, the likes of Bloomberg, who gave 27 million, Tom Steyer, who gave 17 million, George Soros, who gave 9 million and MANY MORE that gave MULTI-MILLIONS to Hillary. Do you really think that donors give MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS just because they love Hillary? NO, these weren't campaign donations, they were INVESTMENTS into what HILLARY had promised them when she became president. They were so sure she would win and they would be SHOWERED with HUGE RETURNS, and when it didn't happen and they LOST all those millions, they went all out to TAKE TRUMP out of OFFICE by any means possible. DID YOU KNOW that 90% of the Mainstream media and the corporations that own them, are owned by or run by BIG DEMOCRAT DONORS? You can verify all of that for yourselves, I did. Since the moment Trump won, even before he was inaugurated, the mainstream media's reporting was 92% negative on Trump, do you know why? It was those big donors that lost their dream of MILLIONS of dollars, on their returns that they were going to receive when Hillary was president and they weren't going to take that loss lightly. They needed to PUNISH TRUMP and those that VOTED HIM IN. I've said this since the night he was elected, "There is NOTHING the left won't do to take down our President”, our country and us, no low they won't go to, to get their power back", and sadly, we have seen this every single day since his election. Let me ask you this, have you ever listened to Trump or appreciated any accomplishment or campaign promises he's kept? Have you ever gone to one of his rallies or have you just closed your mind to ANYTHING he does? Please ask yourselves the following questions, if you dare: What has Joe Biden done for America for the last 47 years that he's held an office? What did Joe Biden ever do for BLACKS when HE and Obama were in office? What has Joe Biden ever done in his entire life to create a private-sector job? What has Joe Biden done to help the American middle class worker? Let me also ask you this: Why do you think there are so many people tearing down statues, burning our flag, beating up police officers, disrespecting our founders and hating our country? It comes straight from our SCHOOLS that have slowly been tearing down our history. If there is a teacher out there, please tell me the following: Do you teach the truth that it was the DEMOCRATS that were the KKK? That the GRAND LEADER of the KKK was Robert Byrd, who was elected to congress and served for decades, and that it was Hillary, Bill, and Obama that gave his EULOGY praising him? That the DEMOCRATS fought the Civil war to KEEP SLAVERY? That the inner-city ghettoes were created by DEMOCRATS to keep control of slaves after they were freed? That planned parenthood was founded in inner cities to CONTROL the BLACK POPULATION? Is any of this in your history books? Let me ask you this as well: Can a student speak up when he/she disagrees with a teacher when they say that Trump is a horrible president or the electoral college has to be eliminated? I don't think so. Well, I know a student that actually happened to. When the teacher said it had to be eliminated because Hillary lost, and he stated the reason it should stay, she ripped him apart and gave the entire class a 5 hour test, stating it was because he DARED to disagree with her. Is that happening in your schools? I'm only asking questions....I'd like your answers. President Trump and his entire family has been vilified, demeaned and disrespected, for one reason and one reason only.......HE WON!!! Have you noticed the DEMOCRATS only throw tantrums and OBJECT to everything he does and have NEVER ONCE gotten behind him to make America the best it can be? WHY? They can't afford to get behind him...he would WIN AGAIN, and they can't let that happen...if he wins again, the Democrat party will be destroyed and they know it. Did you notice that the "CAGES" the left claimed that Trump built to put Illegal children in, WERE BUILT BY OBAMA for the very purpose of PUTTING ILLEGAL CHILDREN IN? Was THAT all over the news when Obama did it? The very same "CAGES"...but the media was silent!! How about when Trump commuted Roger Stone's sentence, and was DEMONIZED 24/7 but NOT A WORD when Obama commuted 1,715 inmates, which included 330 that he granted on his last day in office. DID WE EVEN HEAR one WORD about it? Were there reporters even reporting it? NO! Just look at the difference in the reporting. By the way, since Trump's been in office he's commuted 10 that to Obama. Is that reporting fair? How about when Biden and Obama allowed the H1N1, the SWINE FLU, to INFECT MILLIONS of Americans before declaring it a health emergency? Was the press losing its minds and calling it the OBAMAFLU AND BLAMING OBAMA and BIDEN for the spread? SILENCE! Compare this to the NEGATIVE COVERAGE that Trump got when he immediately halted travel from China when, in February, Nancy Pelosi went to Chinatown and said come on down, or when DeBlasio, in March, said ride the subways and go to broadway. BUT those same people are blaming Trump for the spread of coronavirus. A FINAL QUESTION: What have the DEMOCRATS done to help make America the best, to get behind a president that works tirelessly to care about WE THE PEOPLE instead of using us as political pawns? What have the democrats done for people of color EXCEPT for GIVING ILLEGALS more rights than citizens and having us pay for it? Just imagine what this country could accomplish if the Democrats worked with him on the economy, the coronavirus, the inner cities where he's created opportunity zones, job training, etc. When Trump tried to get school choice for inner-city students they ran Betsy DeVoss out!! The dems running those innercity schools wanted no part of school choice. Have you ever wondered why it's cities that have been run, for decades, that have the MOST HOMELESS, the MOST CRIME, the most MURDERS, the worst INNER CITY schools, ARE ALL RUN BY DEMOCRATS??? If you haven't started asking yourselves those questions, maybe you should. As I said, my entire family used to be democrats, but NOT ONE will ever vote for a democrat again. They asked themselves the same questions and the answer was clear. I'm a Christian, and will not support the Democrats in November.

From the outside, if there is any side manipulating the rules is Trump and the Republicans. I remember a big tantrum when Obama wanted to nominate a supreme court judge during his last year. • So, we have to follow the popular vote of each State and make sure they represent themselves in the electoral college in a way that reflects the popular vote? What a joke! What do we do if they do the opposite of what is their moral obligation? Should we threaten civil war? Should we threaten to financially boycott their State? What they will do is tell the voting citizenry to 'get f**ked' and do what they damned-well please. I pray not, however, that's when I think the smell of civil war will fill the air. Because, I believe peaceful demonstrations just won't 'do the job'. Should that become a horrible reality, the only good news will be that everyone will be willing to quarantine then!

  • Bill Maher is your typical dunce who thinks he's brilliant. I could own him on a dozen topics, but I'll pick just one... the transfer of power. It is completely irrelevant whether or not Trump wins or loses the popular vote. That's not how we elect Presidents. The Electoral College creates a "game" that opens up many strategies to win the Presidency. Part of the strategy is not to waste your time and treasure on states that you have no way to win. On the other hand, you do spend your time and treasure in relatively small states that for some reason may win you the Presidency this election cycle. Thus, Wisconsin and Michigan are getting attention right now because they are game-changers in 2020. More attention during elections translates to more Federal money. If you think in four years that state could once again be the key to winning, of course you are going to give them more Federal funding in the intervening years. That's politics. That's gamesmanship. If we did have a popular vote, the strategy would be completely different. Wisconsin and Michigan would never get Federal money under a popular vote system because they don't have enough of a population, and thus votes to matter. The whole argument to abolish the Electoral College is a waste of time because tiny states know how much money they get from the Electoral College system. They are never going to vote for a Constitutional Amendment to change to a popular vote. They aren't going to give up that money and power. If Trump has a reasonable belief that the 2020 Election was fraudulent, of course he should challenge it in the Courts. That's not a "non-peaceful" transfer of power. That's the pursuit of Justice under the law. That's why the end of the President's term and the start of the new President's term isn't until January. The Founders built in a time frame for disputes about the validity of the Election to be settled. If the dispute goes to the Supreme Court, then of course politics come into play. Obama was right when he said elections have consequences. Blame RBG for not retiring when she could have under Obama. I had a law professor once who told us, "If you think the personality and beliefs of a judge don't sway their findings, you are naive." That's why criminal defendants always get a chance to substitute their judge. Bill Maher would have you believe that if the Justices don't interpret the Constitution the way he wants, then their opinions must be based on politics. No, Bill, they are just smarter and more well-read than you and your ilk. I'll leave you with one nugget of wisdom to prove that I have far more brain cells than Bill Maher. Mail-in ballots don't have unique serial numbers or bar codes so they have less security than a movie ticket. Every movie ticket has a unique barcode. When you go to the theater and they scan that ticket, the computer takes that unique barcode out of circulation. Thus, nobody can steal your tickets. If they do, you just report that ticket as stolen and that ticket's barcode is cancelled and the theater gives you a new one with a new barcode. The same thing happens if you lose your ticket. In contrast, generic mail-in ballots have nothing to prevent them from being duplicated by the millions. Any commercial printer can identify the paper stock used for a generic ballot and duplicate it in less than 5 seconds. "Wait!" the likes of Bill Maher say. "We've never had a problem with large scale voter fraud before! You are trying to use the Courts to disallow mail-in ballots and suppress minority/LGBTQXYZ turnout!" My brilliant response is: "Umm... haven't you been telling us for years that Donald Trump is a traitor who colluded with the Russians to steal the 2016 Election from poor Hillary Clinton? Why do you assume that I am saying it is the Democrats who would print out millions of untraceable mail-in ballots? If Trump is the traitor you claim, are you telling me that he would all of a sudden draw the line at printing out phony mail-in ballots? See, you tipped your hand. You don't really believe Trump is a traitor. You know he didn't collude with Russia. If you thought otherwise, you would be the ones who would be screaming to get rid of mail-in ballots before Trump printed out millions of them for himself. But the thought that Trump would use mail-in ballots to cheat has never crossed your mind, and that tells us what you really believe." BooYah! Bill Maher and his ilk just got OWNED.

  • They should be following the popular vote within their district. If a State has 55 electorates (California), those 55 electorate represent areas within the state. There is no way that in the entire state of California that there isn't one district that has a majority republican vote. If they're going based on the majority of the entire state then why do they need to have electorates. Just assign the number of votes to the state and grant them to the one of two parties of the same clan system and be done with it

  • One vote should not be affected by state . One vote should be counted as f one vote no matter . Just like anything else in life f simple. Ps Bill i predict a coup among the dear old Republicans . Hell dude some my want a state of normality were they get at trickle benefit back again from there constituents, and not have to hire a new security system.

  • Republicans gerrymander small counties. But Democrats, every time a Republican wins, talk about about gerrymandering the entire country to revolve around NY and Cali.

  • If Republicans try to steal an election through loopholes it will be the beginning of the end. The moral high ground of Americans democracy will liquify. It would be a Phyrric victory. While it is not inconceivable the long term ramifications are tremendous. The legitimacy of the government would be in doubt for good reason.

  • The reason there are AMENDMENTS to the Constitution - and so many of them - is because intelligent people figured out that the country in 1776 is nothing like the country we had in 1876, or 1976, or right now. Many parts of the Constitution are arcane and should be updated and yes, AMENDED again - to reflect a country that has "evolved" radically since the 18th century.

    • And yet we keep electing Supreme Court judges who love to rule “by the book” so to speak , I forget the word for it - “rule from the bench ?!” . The country is different now from when the laws were written - either update it or stop upholding them 🙈

  • We're finally experiencing what it's like in many other countries. Sensible, good natured citizens get crushed. Do right, pay your fair share, don't pollute, think about others, give back, put others first, on and on. All this is now in question. So much so, that I no longer teach this to my teenage son. I told him to get what he can period, and one day look back. This is the new America.

    • @Celisar1 To a degree, you're right. However, there's karma, there's consequences. It's not THAT simple Celisar. Let me put it this way, don't begin a business without an exit plan that includes possible bankruptcy, and the use of other people's money. I have a family member that unfortunately had to file a BK, and like Trump, I advised him NOT to pay any of the contractors that were due money. He felt extremely guilty about my advice, however it is the right business decision for oneself, and it is one that many businesses choose, but not all. Some folks do not even know that when the business is in trouble you should stop paying for your obligations, as this will come up in the Bankruptcy court. I did not mean to sound as cold and calculated as my post seems...but let's be honest, folks pay or don't pay debt and the IRS almost certainly because of the choices they feel they have, or the ones they know about. Trump knows almost all of them.
